Thank you for shopping with Drishna Publication. We aim to provide high-quality books and study materials. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund as per the policy below.

1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return if:

  • The return request is made within 7 days of receiving the product.

  • The item is unused, unmarked, and in original condition.

  • The item is returned with original packaging, invoice, and all included materials.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Items damaged due to misuse or mishandling by the customer

  • Products returned without original packaging

  • Digital products (PDFs, digital downloads, online courses)

  • Books with torn pages, writing, or physical damage after delivery

3. Return Shipping Cost

  • Customers must bear the return shipping cost.

  • We recommend using a trackable courier service.

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.

4. Refund Process

Once the returned product is received and inspected:

  • If approved, the refund will be issued within 5–7 business days.

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

Refunds may be rejected if the item is not received in acceptable condition.

5. Replacement Policy

A replacement is provided only if:

  • The item received is damaged, misprinted, or the wrong product.

  • You notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/videos as proof.

If the requested product is out of stock, a full refund will be issued.

6. Order Cancellations

You may cancel your order before it is shipped.
Once shipped, cancellation is not possible.
