1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • In case of delays (stock issues, courier delays, festivals), customers will be informed via email/SMS.

2. Shipping Partners

We ship through trusted national courier partners such as:

  • Delhivery

  • Blue Dart

  • DTDC

  • India Post

  • Shadowfax

A partner is automatically selected based on your delivery pincode and service availability.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timelines depend on your location:

  • Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

  • Other Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Remote / Village Areas: 7–10 business days

Note: Delivery may be delayed during festivals, weather disruptions, or courier-related issues.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on weight, location, and courier partner.

  • Final shipping cost will be displayed at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped:

  • You will receive an email/SMS with a tracking link.

  • Tracking updates may take 24 hours to reflect after dispatch.

Please ensure the delivery address and phone number are correct.

We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by:

  • Incorrect/incomplete address

  • Wrong phone number

  • Recipient unavailability

In such cases, re-shipping charges may apply.

7. Damaged or Wrong Product Received

If your package arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item:

  • Notify us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos/videos of the package and product
